Jason is a one time affair of Quinn James who after a party she attended for a photo gallery, met him and went back to his hotel room 16 years ago. He is also an uncle to Mikayla who he shows up to visit in Tee Hill and has an unexpected encounter with Quinn. He intended only staying in town for a week now he moves to Tree Hill hoping to try and win Quinn over. Clay is unaware what went down between the two. When Jason meets Addison, he begins to suspect that she is not Clay’s daughter but his and will do whatever to prove it. He is the cool uncle to Mikayla and pretty much spoils her, let her throw a party when her parents are away and lets her do whatever she wants.

Sierra s an inspiring dancer and model. Sierra knows how to have fun and is a nice person to be around, but she can also be a bit of an attention seeker, she can’t help it, she was just spoiled as a child so now, she expects all the attention to be on her constantly. She also wants the attention of Michael West again, her ex boyfriend but it seems like he moved on now with Sawyer Scott and has more competition with Mikaela, who also wants him. Will Sierra get him back?

Jasmine has grown up in a very glamorous lifestyle, trying continue her reign as the party girl. Her mother Rachel died over a heroine overdose, and her father is a movie producer. Charming the pants off of a teenage boy isn’t exactly what her father thinks is right by families standards. Jasmine really just wants to fall in love with someone that actually cares about her, instead of someone who only wants to get into her pants.

Chuck is an academic underachiever who uses humor and sarcasm to relate to people. He is always getting into trouble. You may be wondering why; well the answer was simple, daddy issues. He was charged when he was 14 of stealing a car but only got sent to boot camp by his mother, now he is back in Tree Hill wanting to start over. Chuck is a very rebellious teenager. Driving his parents mad with his fighting and over demanding ways. When things don’t go his way, he takes it out on his girlfriend Liddy but soon realizes what he done and tries to make it better.
Lydia “Liddy” Scott | 15 | daughter of Nathan and Haley | FC: Brittney Robertson
Everybody loves Lydia and she loves everybody, everyone calls her Liddy for short. She’s hilarious, witty, smart, pretty, everybody wants to be her friend. But, her life isn’t perfect. Lily takes a lot of AP classes and her stress levels are at an all time high, this is bad as she suffers from anxiety attacks. The only person who knows about her anxiety disorder is her brother, Jamie who she shares a very close relationship with.
Amber Rowan | 15 | FC: Ashley Tisdale
A neurotic perfectionist student who battles Sawyer for full control of Tree Hill High School’s social scene. She also makes a play for Michael which causes them to butt heads. Amber also use to date Jude Baker until she cheated on him. Amber isn’t as much of a bitch as her best friend, Mikaela, she just doesn’t like many people. It takes a lot to earn her respect, but once you’re cool with her, she’s one of the best friends you’ll ever have. She’s a talented singer. Has a crush on the school’s pretty boy, Michael West, and flirts with him whenever she gets the opportunity.
Lily Rose Scott| 15 | daughter of Keith and Karen | FC: Shenae Grimes
Lily is known for her cautious and studious ways. She lives with her brother Lucas after Karen and Andy were killed in a car accident after a drunk driver hit them 5 years ago. She is your artsy girl. She has an eccentric love for theater, collecting art, photography, literature, poetry, and all things individualistic. She falls completely in love with Jude Baker.
Friendship | 7 years | Addison Evans and Sawyer Scott | BFFs
The main friendship of the series. Addison and Sawyer been very close bestfriends since the 3rd grade. Ever since Sawyer protected Addison from a group of girls who always picked on her through out grades school and stole a neckless that her father Clay gave her for a birthday present. Sawyer shoved the girls into a sandbox, stood up to them for Addison and ever since they been inseparable. They don’t let boys or anything drama crazy get in between. Addison jokily says that Sawyer is the “love of her life” and will let nothing ruin her relationship with her. They do everything together from shopping to partying or something simple like hanging out in their room and watching a movie. They have special nicknames for one another that only each call one another, Addy and Saw. They always have each other’s back and will always defend one other. When one is depressed and sad, the other will be there to comfort. Guys beware, if you hurt or cause harm to one than expect the other be right there.
Jude Baker | 15 | son of Brooke and Julian | FC: Dustin Milligan
Jude loves to party, but hook up’s aren’t really his thing, despite how good looking he is. You’d expect him to be the type of guy to have a new girl on his arm every day, but he’s extremely nervous around girls and has been ever since he had his heart broken by his ex girlfriend, Amber, last year. Though things will change when he meets a new girl named Lily.
